Homemade Sorrel Jam is a delightful spread made from Jamaican Sorrel petals.  Sorrel is family to the hibiscus flower and native to the island of Jamaica. The sorrel flower is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C.


This jam boasts a vibrant red colour and a unique floral flavour with a hint of tartness. It is carefully crafted by simmering sorrel petals with sugar, lemon juice and a blend of spices to create a perfectly balanced and luscious jam.

At Cacao Bakery, we make our jams in small batches which means on the 20th of every month we open up our pre-orders calendar giving everyone an opportunity to secure their supply of jams.

Due to the nature of making jams we require 3 days notice prior to pick-up date for a pre-order.


We do not offer this service for Sunday collection as we’re closed.
