We offer delivery for certain destinations in the UK. Delivery is charged at our discretion.


Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the customer and change of hands has been completed with the product in appropriate condition, it is then up to the customer to store and care for the cake as per our instructions. If anything is to happen to the cake after this exchange, we are not liable for any damages.


A delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties, and if the customer is not at location at this time and date, and we are not able to contact the customer, the product will be left in a safe place at the location. The customer will receive a picture of the cake with at the location confirming it's condition at delivery.


We aim to deliver all orders within the specified 4-hour time slot in your order confirmation. However in the event that your order does not arrive on time, please email with your order number in the subject line of your email.


We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If your order is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

Provided we do this, we are not liable for delays caused by the event but you may contact us to end the contract and receive a partial or full refund for your order.

We currently only offer delivery for bespoke cake/ event orders. Collection from our Kitchen is available. A collection time will be offered via email.
