Cacao bakery is a space to develop exciting and bold treats. We take the traditional, nostalgic flavours we have come to cherish and transform them into the baked goods that we love.

We use cinnamon bark and fresh nutmeg imported directly from the (Spice island) Caribbean island of Grenada to produce the best, authentic flavours in our bakes.

We export the best sorrel to make our signature sorrel jam that we use here at our bakery and in our cakes.

We spend time using seasonal ingredients to help develop the rich flavours you can find here at Cacao Bakery.

Our aim is to feed you with a real sense of home.
